BRISTOL, UK — Today, an easyJet Airbus A320 bound for Glasgow was forced to make an emergency landing shortly after it took off from Bristol Airport.

The flight crew of the easyJet flight EZY869U broadcasted emergency squawk 7700 around 5.00 pm local. The aircraft was flying over Northern Scotland when the incident happened.

Flight radar app Plane Finder showed the plane made a quick return to Bristol Airport and landed safely.

easyJet did not make a comment yet about the reason of the incident.
