PARIS, FRANCE — All-Business Class airline operator La Compagnie is planning to acquire two additional aircraft to enhance its capacity by 2024.

On February 2nd, Paris, Orly-based French carrier announced that it had started working to acquire new aircraft without mentioning a specific model, which will be added to its two Airbus A321LRs configured to accommodate 76 Business Class passengers.

This move aims to consolidate and accelerate the airline's growth starting in 2024, according to a statement released by the airline. The delivery of the first aircraft is expected to take place in the first half of 2024 and the second in early 2025, doubling the current fleet.

In 2022, the airline transported 49,000 passengers, far from the 76,000 passengers recorded in 2019 before the Covid-19 pandemic.
