FORLI, ITALY — Air Lease Corporation announced long-term lease placements for three new Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft with Italy's new carrier Aeroitalia. The planes are scheduled to join the Italian AeroItalia's fleet from ALC's order book with Boeing beginning in 2023 through 2024.

AeroItalia launched operations on 9 July 2022 from Forli International Airport. The airline currently operates three Boeing 737-800 jets. Along with Italian airports, it operates scheduled services to destinations in the UK, Greece, Malta, and Romania.
