REYKJAVIK, ICELAND — A significant milestone was reached by Iceland's startup carrier on April 20. The Icelandic long-haul low-cost carrier made its inaugural flight from Keflavík International Airport to the Baltimore International Airport, where PLAY will operate daily flights.

This inaugural flight paves the way for the next chapter of PLAY's main goal to transport passengers from North America and Europe via Iceland as a hub.

Baltimore/Washington International will be PLAY's first destination in the U.S. In May, PLAY will have its inaugural flight to Logan airport in Boston, and in June, the airline will carry out its first flight to New York.
Flights will also be operated daily from those destinations.
