The aircraft and associated engines were delivered while located at the Airbus delivery center in Hamburg, Germany.
It is the first of four aircraft on order to be delivered to the Mexica's low-cost carrier. The airline currently operates seven A321neo jets along with 20 A320neo, 20 A320-200, and eight A321-200.
The all-Airbus operator expects to take delivery of 38 further A321neo overtime.
