VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIACanadian regional carrier Pacific Coastal Airlines is preparing to begin flights to the United States under the WestJet Link brand.



Pacific Coastal Airlines will initially operate two daily flights between Calgary and Spokane, a city in eastern Washington state, and between Vancouver and Spokane.

Pacific Coastal Airlines already operates regional feeder services in Canada as WestJet Link using a fleet of six Saab 340Bs to 16 airports around British Columbia.

Based at Vancouver International Airport, Pacific Coastal Airlines already holds a license from Transport Canada to operate scheduled international services.
