CAIRO, EGYPT — Egypt Air is selling all of its ERJ 170-100LR jets via public auction. Potential buyers will be able to place their bids by December 20, 2021.

The nine aircraft were operated by the airline's regional branch EgyptAir Express until March 2020 and are currently stored at Cairo International airport.

EgyptAir Express was used to operate 12 E170 jets, of which three were already sold to state-owned leasing company CIAF.

EgyptAir's current regional jet fleet consists of newly acquired 12 Airbus A220-300 jets.
