ISTANBUL / ABU DHABITurkey's flag carrier Turkish Airlines received one new Boeing 737 MAX 8 registered as TC-LCS (MSN 60060). The aircraft is Turkish Airlines' 17th 737 MAX 8 jet and its 20th 737 MAX aircraft. The carrier already took delivery of three 737 MAX 9s.

On the other hand, Abu Dhabi-based Gulf carrier Etihad Airways took delivery of one more A350-1000 widebody aircraft with registration A6-XWE (MSN 388) at Abu Dhabi International Airport.

It is Etihad's fifth aircraft of the same type that has joined the airline since May-2021. The airline has a further 15 remaining Airbus A350-1000 on order.
