FlyBosnia plans to take delivery of one Airbus A320 aircraft in the first quarter of 2021 and resume operations. The airline had previously said that it planned to retire the only aircraft in its fleet and focus on charter services with wet-leased planes.

On Nov. 17, EX-YU Aviation blog reported that FlyBosnia is set to re-establish operations with the carrier to take delivery of an Airbus A320 aircraft, formerly operated by United Airlines.

The jet, registered N419UA, is 26 years old and has been stored since last month. It is due to be delivered to Sarajevo during the first quarter of 2021, in order for the airline to resume flights. The Bosnian carrier retired its sole aircraft in August.
